So, the temple where Chow Yun-Fat and Ti Lung arrange to meet Waise Lee to make an exchange. I'd almost given up looking for this but, thanks to me making my way through all of Yvonne's 'hiking' posts on her lovely Webs of Significance blog when looking for the Sharp Island Tombolo (thanks Phil!), I saw her pics and thought it looked like the most promising lead I'd had.
A little digging also allowed me to match up the painting of, who I think is, Hou Yi; one of the door gods of the temple (thanks to Peter Connolly). It looks like Hou Yi has been been given a lick of paint since 1986, whilst the table outside the door has been slightly redesigned too, but I'm convinced this is the spot. It isn't on Street View, but there are plenty of Panoramio pics which show the temple (thanks to Percy Tai 漆園童)

A Better Tomorrow - Kennedy Town Praya
This is the spot where Ti Lung telephones Waise Lee to make arrangements to give him his computer tapes back. The spot on the left-hand side of the Street View image, where the orange bin is, is where the telephone box in the screen cap was.
A Better Tomorrow - Aubin House
This is where Waise Lee and his boys beat the crap out of Chow Ynu-Fat. The JAL (Japan Airlines) sign has gone, but the style of the building's frontage is recognisable, as is the view down to Gloucester Road and the junctions with the Marsh Road Flyover, Canal Road East and Canal Road West. On the rooftop shots, the facades of the Sing Ho Finance Building and OTB Building are easily identifiable.
A Better Tomorrow - Christ The King Chapel
Technically, the location is St Paul's Hospital, where Ti Lung hooks up with Leslie Cheung to visit Tien Feng, but the interesting building is the chapel which Ti Lung parks outside. As this spot is in a courtyard, it isn't covered on Street View, but this Panoramio image shows the spot nicely (thanks to Gao Han).

This is the building where the fictional Hang Tat Finance are based. Expect to see Waise Lee strutting from within, entourage in tow, or Chow Yun-Fat wiping windscreens outside.

Leslie Cheung is stationed at the Former Central Police Station Compound. There isn't a Google Street View of the shot below, as it's in the internal car park. Still, the outside should look familiar.

The square where Ti Lung picks up Chow Yun-Fat at the beginning of the film. Behind Chow Yun-Fat, going left to right, you have the Legislative Council Building, HSBC Headquarters and the Cenotaph.
